How to participate in ISEP 2012

Pre-registration
a)  ISEP2012 provides pre-registration because the capacity of the conference room is limited.
The pre-registration opens from the end of August. Discount fee is applied if you make your pre-registration until Oct. 20th (Sat.).

b)  For your pre-registration, please see the following web site at
   ISJ members URL
   IS&T, SID members URL
   Non-members URL

c)  Pre-Registration confirmation mail will be sent back.

d)  Please print out the pre-registration conformation mail for showing it at the registration desk on the day.

Registration at the Conference Site
a) Registration desk is placed at the entrance of the "Room 308" on the 3rd floor of the gPacifico Yokohama Conference Centerh.@
Please make your registration at the registration desk. Wear your name tag on your jacket@while you are in the room. Those who don't wear the name tag will be refused to enter the room.

b)  Please show a copy of the pre-registration confirmation mail at the registration desk if you have done your pre-registration.
Please indicate your (or your company's) ISJ/SID/IS&T member's ID card if you have not pre-registered. If you don't have anything to identify your membership, you are registered as a non-member. Please indicate your student ID card if you are a student or a student member.The registration fees are shown in the table below. The conference registration includes: admission to ISEP session and a conference proceeding and a CD. Only payment by cash is available on the site.

Notes
a) Because of limited seating, we accept only the first 150 applications. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.
b) We do not arrange any interpreters in the conference room.
c) No flash photograph and no video are allowed in the conference room.
