NOTES for overseas participants in Japan Hardcopy 2005

We hope the following information will be helpful to you for attending Japan Hardcopy 2005.


LOCATION

KOKUYO Hall is lacated in front of Shinagawa Station (Konan Exit).
Take the JR Yamanote line (green train) or the Keihintohoku line (blue
train) and get off at Shinagawa Station (about ten-minute ride from Tokyo Station).
After passing the ticket gate (Chuo exit), go to east for Konan exit.
After about five-minute walk, at Konan exit, you will find the Kokuyo Hall building beyond a small park.
Another five-minute walk from Konan exit is needed to arrive the KOKUYO Hall.

REGISTRATION
The JH2005 registration desk wil be located on the second floor of the
KOKUYO Hall building.
The registration desk will be open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday
through Friday.

Full registration includes admission to all regular sessions, special
sessions and the final program/proceedings book.
Separate Registration fee is required for the conference reception.

Payment will be accepted in cash at the registration desk.

THE PAPERS PROGRAM
All sessions will take place in the room A (Kokuyo Hall) and the room B (multipurpose room).
The regular program will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8 and will end at 5:10 p.m. on
Friday, June 10. A book including the final program and technical papers wiil be given you at
the registration desk.
The final program (pdf file) is available on the web site.

PRESENTATION NOTES
A computer projecter is available for your presentation. Please use your MAC or PC laptop computer.
If you can not use your PC laptop computer, you will use the ISJ's PC laptop computer (Power Point
2003) for your presentation. You must bring a USB memory or CD-R including your presentation file.
MO disks are not available.

If you request a Overhead Projector, Please inform us in advance.

EXHIBITION
The will be open at Foyer of the Kokuyo Hall on Wednesday through Friday.
